Statistics for daily, monthly or for a given time period are available for browsing and analysis online. Statistical categories available on our management system include:

    Most called destination by duration - find out where your top destinations are. Find out which destinations you need to recalculate rates for.

    Best ASR (Average success rate) destination - find out which destinations have the best connectivity. And find out which destinations may be problematic.

    Most called destination by number of calls. -Find out where your highest volume of calls is going.

    Time distribution of calls (over 24-hour period) - Find out at what time of the day customers' use your system the most.

    Account information - find out which accounts are being used the most and how much balance they have left.

    Various access facility

    Description:

    For your convenience, UnitedConnect provide a number of access facilities for callshop. These are:

    1XXX access via BT network in the UK. This option means the customer only needs to dial a four-digit number before they can make a call.

    Toll free number (0800,1-800,etc). This option means the customer can make a call after dialling a toll free number.

    Local access number (0845, etc). This option means the customer can make a call after dialling a local access number.

    Local Numbers. This option means the customer can make a call after dialling a local number.

    IP call connect. This option means the customer can make a call after connecting using Internet protocol. This is also known as VoIP. A customer can make a call over the Internet using their PC and a suitable headset or via an Internet phone. Once connected to the home account platform they can make a call as normal.

    UnitedConnect also provides toll free access numbers in other international destinations for international call shops (freephone access from USA, Canada and much of Europe)

    Description

    This option is highly useful for callshops who do not have their own billing system. A callshop can login to our online access page and retrieve a real-time list of calls. The user can choose to print out individual calls for invoices immediately to give out to customers in the callshop.
