Rechargeable calling card
Description:
Rechargeable calling card are special calling cards with magnetic
strips that contain information about the cards and can be recharged
at any high street vendor. Due to the design of our comprehensive
calling card software UnitedConnect can easily support this type of card.
The card is swiped through the point of sale machine and credited
via credit/debit card or by cash. Once charged, the card can

Description

for daily, monthly or for a given time period are available
for browsing and analysis online. Statistical categories available
on our management system include:
Most called destination by
duration - find out where your top destinations are. Find out
which destinations you need to market more aggressively.
Best
ASR (Average success rate) destination - find out which destinations
have the best connectivity. And find out which destinations
may be problematic.
Most called destination by number of calls.
-Find out where your highest volume of calls is going.
Time
distribution of calls (over 24-hour period) - Find out at what

Various access facility
Description:
An access facility is the way in which a calling card customer
can access the calling card platform. UnitedConnect provide a number of
different access facilities to calling card providers:
1XXX
access via BT network in the UK. This option means the customer
only needs to dial a four-digit number before they can use their
calling card.
Toll free number (0800,1-800,etc). This option
means the customer can use their calling card after dialling
a toll free number.
Local access number (0845, etc). This option
means the customer can use their calling card after dialling
a local access number.
Local Numbers. This option means the customer
can use their calling card after dialling a local number.
IP
call connect. This option means the customer can use their calling
card after connecting using Internet protocol. This is also
known as VoIP. A customer can make a call over the Internet
using their PC and a suitable headset or via an Internet phone.
Once connected to the calling card platform they can use the
calling card as normal.
UnitedConnect also provides toll free access numbers in other international
destinations for international travellers (free phone access from
USA, Canada and much of Europe).

Access to billing system via web interface
Description:
